Aragon led national paper production in 2020. The eight factories located in the region produced 2,230.9 tonnes, 35.6% of total Spanish production. A very promising present and future.
We have machine tools of our own design and construction to manufacture perforated sheets and sleeves with different hole configurations (cylindrical, conical, bi-cylindrical and cylindrical-conical) and also slotted, intended for pressing and filtration in different industrial processes.
To increase performance and reduce maintenance costs, we offer our range of perforated plates and liners.
Our manufacturing process has the following advantages over the punching process:
• Thicker plates and liners can be built because the machining process
• It does not have the hole diameter-plate thickness-hole spacing limitations of the stamping process.
• Versatility in terms of materials, as it is possible to apply this process to both carbon steels and stainless steels, achieving excellent finishes that are susceptible to various subsequent treatments.
